About these terms

This website is run by Vaachi By Priyanka. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received and you get an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot verify the payment. In that case anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Sizes, colour and handwork

Every piece is made and finished by hand. Small differences in shade, embroidery, print placement and measurements are natural and are not defects. Made-to-measure pieces are cut to the measurements you give us, so please check them carefully.

Returns

All sales are final. Please read the Refund policy for what we do if a piece arrives damaged or incorrect.

Designs and photographs

All designs, photographs, text and logos on this site belong to Vaachi By Priyanka and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Use of the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorised way, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
