Shipping policy

When your order ships

Ready-to-wear pieces in standard sizes are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. Made-to-measure and customised pieces are dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks of your measurements being confirmed. During festive and wedding seasons these times can be longer, and we will tell you before you order if they are.

Where we ship

We ship across India and internationally. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our studio. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer. Delays in customs are outside our control.

Address and delivery

Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address given at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery, and a second shipping charge may apply.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel looks opened or damaged when it arrives, please photograph it before opening and message us within 48 hours of delivery.
